Mountain remodeled the existing building to bring it up to the new Hyundai design standard. We added a brand-new showroom with new, full height storefront glass, structural frames at storefront openings, tile flooring, new sales and service offices, customer wait area with coffee bar, ACM decorative ceiling panels and new, remodeled bathrooms. Additionally, we remodeled the customer service drive thru drop-off area, included a new ADA ramp, painted, and added epoxy flooring for vehicles. Mountain also updated the exterior with a new facade with Decorative ACM panels in their “Shaped Sky” pattern, stucco, and Hardie panel siding, repainted the service side siding to match the new Hyundai building colors, added a front entry stairway and Level 3 Electrical Vehicle car chargers.
