Spanaway Water is a is a non-profit mutual water company serving over 7,470 families and more than 330 businesses in the Spanaway area.
This new facility replaced two outgrown sites allowing service, administration, and field operations to be housed in a single location, with space for future growth. The owner chose the design-build method to complete the project and selected Mountain Construction in a process involving competitive service proposals, qualification submittals, and interviews. The entire project team worked superbly together, keeping the project right on budget while actually delivering more scope than originally anticipated.
