With Ritchie Brothers continued growth, its Olympia facility was not up to the technological standards and area requirements for their Northwest US operations. The new Chehalis site includes 140 acres of developed land capable of handling all of their auction inventory on one continuous piece of property.
The new 37,500 sf auction building contains live auction seating, a “virtual” auction area, a platinum customer lounge, sales, and administrative offices. Also on the site are a check-in building and a state of the art facility for equipment refurbishment and painting.
