This project was originally built as income property which could be adaptable for warehouse or automotive use. It is a factory-engineered steel primary building with a wood-framed “pop-out”. The walls blend masonry stem walls, architectural and industrial metal panels, and lap siding. The scope of work included feasibility and financial analysis, design, permitting, and construction.
