This greenfield project is a large-scale facility for the processing and auction of damaged vehicles owned by insurance companies. The project included 3 metal buildings and site work on over 120 acres. Mountain coordinated with the site work contractor to deliver this fast-tracked project – all three buildings were completed in 16 weeks from breaking ground in early December to final inspection at the end of March. The project was completed on schedule and under budget, due to value engineering options that Mountain brought to the table.
